On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital will team up with Western Carolina University Athletics to host a heart-healthy community walk on the concourse of the Ramsey Center ahead of the WCU men’s basketball game.

The 25-minute walk, led by Harris Cardiology provider Bryant Reinking, PA-C, will take place from 6:30 PM to 6:55 PM, starting at the Northeast Concourse. Participants are encouraged to meet at 6:25 PM to join local healthcare professionals, WCU fans, and neighbors in taking proactive steps toward heart health.

In addition to the walk, free blood pressure screenings will be available on-site, providing community members with another valuable opportunity to check in on their cardiovascular wellness during American Heart Month.
